This week, Kate was thinking of International Women's Day and decided to talk about a midwife in early Haliburton County - Catherine Shaw. Plus, Paul was thinking about the witch trials in Salem, Massachusetts and wondered if there was anything similar in Canadian history. There were several, but the outcomes were quite different.
